Sleep Specialist Psychologist, Human Engineering expert and Human Performance researcher. Her work focuses on understanding how shift work, fatigue and biological rhythms influence bio-cognitive performance, decision quality and organisational resilience. She leads the scientific development of BioPerformanceLab's bio-optimised assessment methodologies and resilience models for high-risk operational environments.

Leads the design and development of BioPerformanceLab's methodologies, tools and assessment solutions. Her background as a Veterinary Surgeon and Clinical Director in complex environments informs her work in operational reliability, workflow optimisation and high-performance teams.

Leads the translation of human performance science into operational strategy. With extensive experience leading veterinary clinical operations, she specialises in organisational systems, operational auditing and biological compliance frameworks, helping organisations strengthen resilience, governance and operational effectiveness.
